Not every product crosses the finish line without incident. Some picked up a scuff, a misprint or a little cosmetic damage on the formation lap. When something is not quite right they get sent to our Race Control department for a thorough investigation. They have been reviewd, inspected for quality, served their time and found 'Clearane Eligible'. Now they are back in the race - for a reduced price.
