Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@paddockdays.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item before placing your order.
Items marked on 'Sale' or 'One of a Kind' are considered final sale only and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Cancellation
If you've entered incorrect personal details, uploaded the wrong images, or provided inaccurate information, please contact us immediately at sales@paddockdays.com.
Cancellations must be requested within twelve (12) hours of placing your order. After this period, your order becomes non-refundable and cannot be modified or exchanged.
To cancel your order, please email sales@paddockdays.com with your order details. Once your cancellation is reviewed and accepted by PADDOCKDAYS, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please not that it may take several business days for your bamk or credit card provider to porcess and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged or incorret item. We will assess the isseus and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we hace received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
For international orders, if an item is returned due to a customer's refusal to pay import taxes or customs duties, PADDOCKDAYS reserves the right to recover all related costs and fees. Refunds for such orders will only be issued once the returned package has been received by PADDOCKDAYS.
