Shipping

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, it will be sent with MyParcel using their Track & Trace service. You will receive an email from them with your unique Track & Trace code. 

Customs

PADDOCKDAYS cannot guarantee that international orders will arrive without incurring customs fees. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay the required customs fees or declines receipt of their order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

While PADDOCKDAYS makes every effort to ensure smooth delivery, we cannot guarantee that order will be exempt from customs duties or additional import charges.
